Delete Your Data

You have the right to delete your data at any time. DigitalVet gives you two easy ways to do this.

Method 01 · Fastest
Delete directly inside the app

You can delete all your data instantly from within the DigitalVet app. No need to contact us.

  1. Open DigitalVet on your Android device
  2. Tap the menu icon (☰) or go to Settings
  3. Scroll to "Data & Privacy"
  4. Tap "Clear All Data"
  5. Confirm the deletion — all records will be permanently erased
Method 02 · Email request
Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app or prefer to make a written request, email us and we'll confirm deletion of any associated account data within 7 business days.

Please include your registered email address or the name used in the app so we can locate your account.

Note: Because DigitalVet stores data locally on your device, uninstalling the app will also delete all locally stored records. Any data backed up to Google Drive is governed by your own Google account settings.
