01 Delete From The Web (No App Needed)

You don't need the app installed to delete your account. Sign in on this page and confirm — this deletes the exact same account and data as the in-app option, immediately:

Either path permanently deletes your account, every patient/animal record, clinical and production history, forum activity, and any photos you uploaded — on the app and the web, immediately.

03 Request Deletion By Email

Can't access the app or the web tool above? Email us from the address associated with your account and we'll delete it for you within 30 days.

04 What Gets Deleted

• Your account and profile information, including any uploaded photo
• All patient/animal records, clinical notes, and history you created
• Production, breeding, financial, and inventory records tied to your account
• Forum posts, comments, and marketplace listings you created
• Your subscription record
• Locally cached data on any device you were signed into

05 What We Retain, And Why

Deletion via the web tool, the app, or email is immediate and complete — we do not keep a copy of your account or its data afterward. The only thing that can survive deletion is:

• Anonymised crash diagnostics that were never tied to your identity in the first place, or where the link to your account is severed the moment your account is deleted

Google Play itself, not DigitalVet, is the system of record for your purchase history — see Google's own retention policy for that.

06 Uninstalling The App

Uninstalling DigitalVet from your device automatically removes all data cached locally on that device. It does not delete your cloud account or synced records — use the in-app option or email us to fully delete your account.
