DigitalVet offers a 30-day free trial followed by paid subscription plans:
Payments are processed securely via Google Play. Prices displayed in KES are automatically converted to your local currency by Google Play.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel any time from Google Play → Subscriptions, or from within the app — cancelling stops future renewals but keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy.
You retain full ownership of all veterinary records, patient data, financial data, and other content you enter into DigitalVet. You are responsible for:
DigitalVet is a practice management tool. It does not constitute veterinary advice and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgement. All clinical decisions, diagnoses, prescriptions, and treatments remain the sole responsibility of the licensed veterinary professional using the app.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email.
All trademarks, logos, design elements, and software components of DigitalVet are the exclusive property of DigitalVet and its licensors. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigitalVet shall not be liable for:
Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
