Install DigitalVet from Google Play, sign up with your email, and complete your profile (name, phone, and — if you're a vet in Kenya — your KVB registration number). You're ready to add your first patient right away.

Yes. DigitalVet's record-keeping, production tracking, and farm management features work for veterinary and livestock professionals anywhere. A couple of features are regional by nature — the Vets Directory currently lists KVB-registered vets in Kenya, and M-Pesa is only offered as a payment option on the web app for Kenyan users. Everyone, everywhere, can subscribe through Google Play.

Yes — the Android app stores everything locally first, so you can add, view, and edit records with no connection at all. Once you're back online, records sync automatically.

Yes — open app.digitalvet.co.ke in any browser and sign in with the same account you use on Android.

Every feature is unlocked free for your first 30 days, no card required. After that, a subscription (billed monthly or yearly through Google Play, shown in your local currency) is required to keep adding or editing records. Full pricing is on our Terms of Service page.

You keep read-only access to everything you've already recorded — nothing is hidden or deleted. You just can't add or edit records until you subscribe.

Open Google Play → Subscriptions → DigitalVet → Cancel, or use the Cancel option in the app's Subscription screen. Cancelling stops future renewals but keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for.

This is usually a delay in Google Play notifying us of your purchase. Restart the app to force a refresh, and if it's still not reflected after a few minutes, email support@digitalvet.co.ke with your Google Play order ID and we'll sort it out.

In the app: Settings → Delete Account & All Data. From any browser, without the app installed: use the self-service tool linked from our Data Deletion page. Either way, deletion is immediate and permanent.

Enable Google Drive backup in Settings on your old phone before switching, then install DigitalVet on the new device and sign in with the same account — everything restores automatically.

Only you. Records are tied to your account and protected by row-level security in our database — we never sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Confirm you have an internet connection, then pull down to refresh on the affected screen. If records still aren't syncing after a few minutes, sign out and back in — this forces a full re-sync. Nothing you've entered offline is ever lost in the process.

This almost always means your free trial or subscription has ended — writing new records requires an active one, though you can still view everything you've already saved. Check Settings → Subscription for your status, or see Subscriptions & Billing above.

Make sure you're on the latest version from Google Play, then restart the app. If it keeps happening, email us at support@digitalvet.co.ke with your device model and Android version so we can dig in.
