Does DigitalVet work without internet?
Yes. All records are stored locally on your device. You can add, view, and edit records with no internet connection. Optional backups sync when you're online.
Is my data backed up automatically?
You can enable Google Drive backup within Settings. Backup is optional and off by default. We strongly recommend enabling it so you don't lose data if your device is lost or reset.
How do I transfer data to a new phone?
Enable Google Drive backup on your old phone, then install DigitalVet on the new device and sign in with the same Google account to restore your records.
Is DigitalVet free?
Yes โ DigitalVet is free to download and use. There are no subscriptions or hidden fees.
How do I delete all my data?
Go to Settings โ Data & Privacy โ Clear All Data inside the app. You can also request deletion by email.
I found a bug โ how do I report it?
Email support@digitalvet.co.ke with a description of the issue, your Android version, and steps to reproduce it. Screenshots are very helpful!
